We have coached hundreds of athletes from beginners to elite amateur levels (See our client results page). We have helped clients do everything from adopt an active, healthy sporting life to qualifying for State Finals, Boston Marathon, 70.3 World Championships, USA Triathlon Age Group National Team, Ultra-distance runs (30 to 100 miles), Ironman™, endurance cycling events (Iron Horse, Ride the Rockies, etc) and endurance swims (Swim Around Key West, Lido Key Swim, Big Shoulders, Masters Open Water Championships, etc). We have also helped clients achieve their endurance adventure goals such as summit Kilimanjaro and complete Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim Grand Canyon crossings to name a few.

We strive to meet the needs of all those who aspire and are inspired to achieve.  Our Endurance Coaching options:

One-on-One Coaching services are for clients that want focused individual attention and specific feedback about workouts, training, nutrition, race planning, season planning, and much more. All One-on-One coaching clients get discounts on all Path Performance assessment and training services, unlimited access to local workouts and virtual and live workshop events and much more. Club Coaching provides clients with the basic components necessary for achieving success.  Clients receive a customized training plan for their key events, one (1) coaching call per month, email support, access to education webinars and unlimited access to local workouts for Normal and Bloomington area clients.  For more details:

Which Coaching Option is Right for You?

Path Performance conducts three workouts per week for Path Performance clients and program participants.  Path Performance workouts are group workout sessions conducted in the Normal, IL area.

Winter Schedule (Jan – March)

  • Group swim workout– Sundays @ 9:30 AM @ IWU Shirk Center pool
  • Virtual group bike sessions – Saturdays @ 7:00 AM on ZOOM!
  • Group run sessions – Wednesdays @ 5:00 AM @ IWU Shirk Center Fieldhouse

Spring – Fall Schedule (April – December)

  • Group swim workout– Sundays @ 9:30 AM @ IWU Shirk Center pool
  • Group bike workout– (April – Sept) Saturdays @ 7:00 AM (9 AM in early spring) @ Underwood Park
  • Outdoor group run sessions – TBD
