HOW: Clients work 1-on-1 with a certified coach to create specific training to match your level of performance and lifestyle. We plan holistically to include strength, flexibility and nutritional habits in addition to the physical training plan to design YOUR unique Formula for Success.

This service is completely customized coaching for the athlete with high potential and has goals of professional or elite amateur level racing.  This service is available based on an interview process with our senior coach and the availability of Level III coaching staff. Limited Availability.

Path Performance Club Subscription

 

**Path Performance workouts are group workout sessions conducted in the Normal, IL area.  Path Performance conducts weekly workouts for Path Performance clients and program participants. Our current line-up is below.

Winter Schedule (Jan 2 – April 3)

  • Group swim workout– Sundays @ 9:30 AM @ IWU Shirk Center pool
  • Virtual group bike sessions – Saturdays @ 7:00 AM on ZOOM!
  • Group run sessions – Wednesdays @ 5:00 AM @ IWU Shirk Center Fieldhouse

Spring – Fall Schedule (April 4 – September 30)

  • Group swim workout– Sundays @ 9:30 AM @ IWU Shirk Center pool
  • Group bike workout– Saturdays @ 7:00 AM (9 AM in early spring) @ Underwood Park
  • Outdoor group run sessions – TBD

Individualized Training Plans

We believe that to get the most from your investment of time and effort, your plan needs to be specific to YOU! – schedule, available time, strengths, limiters, key event, course challenges, etc.  This is a great alternative to our 1-on-1 coaching service.  An individualized training program will be created to address your athletic goals for a specific race or season, and fit your personal training volume, and planned races. All custom plans include the same client results proven training protocols that have helped countless clients reach their goals.  Plans types include:

  • Endurance events – designed to get you to your key event successfully $350 (12-16 weeks)
  • Bridge Plan – designed to create a bridge in your training after your key race until next season $295 (up to 12 weeks)
  • Season Plan – fully custom plan designed to cover your entire race season reaching your peak fitness at your key event $595 (up to 38 weeks)

Add follow-up support to your plan! The support can be used to fine tune your plan, answer ongoing questions, and to make sure you get it right!  Purchase packs of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 consultations. Use these consults anytime over the next one year period: Single – $90 per call; 2 Pack – $85 per call; 3 Pack – $80 per call; 4 Pack – $75 per call; 5 Pack – $70 per call. You may also purchase recurring monthly calls for $70 each (min duration 4 months).

Race Day Fueling Plan: An individualized plan created to specifically address your fueling needs during key endurance events. Includes specific recommendations for intake amounts for your key event. $225.

  • Testing protocol for each event – swim, bike, run
  • Testing data review – to ensure accurate assessments
  • Training Zones – your specific zones delivered in pdf format; entered into Training Peaks or Garmin Connect upon request
  • Results review call – review and explain use of training zones

Private One-On-One Coaching
