  • Body composition assessments with key event target goals*
  • Fuel utilization assessments – bike and run lab assessments*
  • Key event/race day detailed nutrition plan
  • Training nutrition planning and field testing

  • Travel to one key event of our clients choice*

Individualized Training Plans

We believe that to get the most from your investment of time and effort, your plan needs to be specific to you – schedule, available time, strengths, limiters, key event, course challenges, etc.  This is a great alternative to our 1-on-1 coaching service.  An individualized training program will be created to address your athletic goals for a specific race or season, and fit your personal training volume, and planned races. All custom plans include the same client results proven training protocols that have helped countless clients reach their goals.  Plans types include:

  • Endurance events (Half Ironman/marathon, etc and longer) $225
  • Challenge events (shorter than half ironman/half-marathon, etc.) $180

Add follow-up support to your plan! The support can be used to fine tune your plan, answer ongoing questions, and to make sure you get it right!  Purchase packs of 1, 2, or 3 follow-up consults with your plan.  Use these consults anytime over the next one year period: Single – $85 per call; 2 Pack – $80 per call; 3 Pack – $75 per call. You may also purchase recurring monthly calls for $70 each (min duration 4 months).

Nutrition Services

Endurance Nutrition Coaching: This option is full custom fueling coaching to specifically address your fueling needs during key endurance events. If you have had nutrition-related performance issues during your races, this option will be focused to resolve these issues. You and your coach will work together to develop a practical race fueling protocol. Includes ongoing field testing of nutrition strategies, fueling protocols and specific recommendations for your key event.

One-on-One Coaching Levels



Race Day Fueling Plan: An individualized plan created to specifically address your fueling needs during key endurance events. Includes specific recommendations for intake amounts for your key event. $225.Add follow-up support to your plan! The support can be used to tweek your plan, answer ongoing questions, and to make sure you get it right! Purchase packs of 1, 2, or 3 follow-up consults with your plan. Use these consults anytime over the next one year period: Single – $85 per call; 2 Pack – $80 per call; 3 Pack – $75 per call. Mental Fitness Coaching

Mental Fitness Coaching: Performing at your best requires a balance of physical and mental fitness. Being mentally ready for the demands of preparation and performance is one of the most overlooked parts of performing well. We have helped clients break through mental barriers, overcome injuries, re-frame expectations, build performance confidence, tame performance anxiety and define personal success. Our client backgrounds include the fields of triathlon, running, swimming, track and field, diving, tennis, golf, hockey, Opera, public speaking and executive performance. You and your coach will work together to develop a practical mental preparation plan to keep you focused and executing well. This service includes ongoing testing of mental strategies and specific recommendations for your best performance. $400/month.
